Mr. Donnerstag has a passion for helping individuals and organizations improve, and from that passion, LeanSet was born. Continuous learning and personal and professional improvement are vital to exceeding our clients' expectations. David holds a Master's in Business Administration, completing this with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an AAS in Human Resources and Aviation Technology. David also maintains professional coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Throughout his career, he has led large and small organizations. David's success culminates with 25+ years of practical leadership experience, continued education, and dedication to our most valuable resources: people. He believes "Involved Learning" is vital to shifting organizations from functioning well to performing optimally.
